Chris and myself run the Independent Inner North & City sales office in Canberra. We have been the number one selling sales office over the past 3 years, winning Large agency of the year in 2018 plus numerous other sales awards. We are always looking to increase market share plus increase revenue and profits into our business. We have big goals over the next 5 years but needed outside advice and coaching to get us to the next level. We were introduced to David Robinson a few years ago and we were told that he would challenge us in our thinking and in running the business. Over the past 3 years we have involved David in our yearly planning meetings which we found to be excellent. David could look intimidating but he has an incredible knack of being able to push people when needed but at the same time give them the belief that nothing is impossible.
We have been extremely happy with David and although we are in CANBERRA and only meet with David monthly, we are definitely seeing results that more than justifies his fee.
