Deep Understanding.

RCG will meet with you to understand your business, leadership and role requirements, to create a sustainable talent placement, rather than treating each role and business the same

Benchmarking

RCG will create custom benchmarks from within your organisation, or draw from RCGs extensive library of exemplar benchmarks for both competence and commitment (job skills and will) that will ensure we have the right recipe to find the right talent

Copy Creation and Placement

RCG will assist you in writing the copy, then place it across 18 job board, including Seek premium, jora, indeed and social media

Application / CV Screening and Correspondence

RCG will manage the entire process of applications, including correspondence, and filtering of suitable candidates

Behavioural / Cognitive Testing

All candidates will complete extensive behavioural testing to identify role and cultural fits.

Interview and recommendations

RCG will interview candidates (dependant on which predictive recruit package is chosen) and drill down further on candidates behavioural profile, potential and any challenges identified in initial testing. RCG will then make recommendations to client on candidates

Follow Up Coaching Plan

RCG will provide the business owner a 12 month plan to further develop the new employee based on the behavioural profile and identified gaps to help both employer and employee create a sustainable, productive placement

Package Options

Package 1 - Profile only

We will profile your potential sales recruit, and provide you with a comprehensive report of their potential, where they match the critical success elements of current top performers (average GCI $1 million per annum) their behavioural preferences, their learning and thinking style, and primary interests.

We have analysed and harnessed the performance DNA of successful agents, and created a deep talent pool of accurate data. Stop guessing wether a potential recruit has potential, and use use predictive analytics. Psychometric validation has shown this diagnostic tool to have an accuracy of up to 0.83, resulting in up to 400% more accurate prediction of performance, and increased retention.

Package 2 - Profile plus interview, plus debrief

We will perform the profile as per package 1, and then perform a interview with specific behavioural questions to further understand if their gaps can be closed / coached and make recommendations to the client regarding hiring, and additionally give some advice regarding the coaching of this particular candidate. Interviews can be performed via Zoom or face to face at RCGs discretion dependant on location and schedule.

Package 3 - Find, report place. - Coming soon

We will sit with the business owner and gain a deep understanding of the business, leadership and role requirements, then write the copy for ads, plus on 18 different job boards including seek premium, indeed and Jora, plus linkedin (accessing over 16,000 industry connections) then manage the entire process including correspondence.

We will analyse all candidates based on competency (can do) Commitment (will do) and culture (fit to)

Shortlisted candidates are interviewed, with all analysis as per package 1 and 2.

Finial recommendations are made to client, alongside coaching plan for recruit.
